Job Description
Developing and implementing commercial property development plans
Propose business policy
Implement leasing commercial property as planned
Implement, monitor the performance of contracts & customer care to expand customer network to ensure stable revenue quarterly and yearly.
Organizing and participating in events that related to commercial property
Job Requirement
Qualification:
Bachelor of business or majors that related.
Working Experience:
At least 2 years working in real estate (trading, leasing or managing real estate …), Investing and developing in real estate area.
Expertise:
- Have knowledge of business, marketing and managing commercial real estate
- Negotiating, managing business, managing contracts.
- Ability to collect information quickly, selectively and well knowledgeable about the market;
- Ability to work and manage time well.
- Ability to present ideas and persuade audiences
- Ability to plan, organize, well perform in work
- Good customer service skills
- Understand the importance of information, want to learn new knowledge. Take the initiative to learn new knowledge that related to the industry or work, in order to improve the work's quality;
