Job Description
- Achieve all target of Project tasks had been approved by yearly
- Operating works base on yearly business approval by BOD
- Coordination with other departments and liaison with NLG Managers
- Taking a meeting role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
- Follow up architectural, interior design, urban planning, public domain works and landscaping with executive role in monitoring QA, QC
- Design & Construction
- Prepare specifications, requirements document for building and landscaping design, public domain
- Presentation and get approval specification samples per Company’s OC.
- Consultants builders and supplier selection listing for their services.
- Manage engineering concept in coordination with architectural, cost and quantities to develop new requirement in project construction or any adjustment
- Follow engineering works during tender and construction and coordinate authorship supervision with designers
- Tracking, monitoring and controlling document, in conformity with authority
- Project Legal:
- Support all documents base on authority’s requirement for project
- Support and assist to meeting with authorities to reach approval for design, planning and connection
- Meeting as representative of 1st investor of project with Authorities.
- Keep in touch with authorities
- Report as Government regulation
- In relation with company’s legal Director
Job Requirement
1. Qualification/ Certification
B.S in architecture, civil engineering or above
2. Working Experience
At least 10 years of experience in building, landscaping and construction management
3. Expertise
- Understandings of new town development
- Comprehensive understanding of landscaping, architecture, green, sustainability and construction works
- Understandings of HR management and construction management including strategic planning, resources allocation (finance and HR), leadership and workflow and resources coordination
- Understanding of principles of feasibilities study of a new town or other design units
- Comprehensive understanding of latest update of relevant legal rules & regulations.
4. Abilities and Skills
- Innovation and ability to apply new technology in construction
- Ability to make use of the structure, functions, policies and charters of organizations to solve issues
- Analytical skills, evaluation and appraisal skills to make effective decisions/ approaches
- Organization skill, staff monitoring and guidance skill
- Detail design skill & Construction skill
- English (listening, reading, speaking, writing)
