Overview:
Responsible for overseeing administrative functions, managing office operations, coordinating warehouse activities, and implementing in-kind employee benefits.
Description:
1. Financial and administrative management:
• Develop and manage office and administrative expense budgets.
• Oversee expenses related to office rentals, utilities, equipment, and procurement.
• Develop procurement plans, execute purchases, and process payments according to approved plans.
• Ensure accurate payment processing using SAP/ERP systems and prepare regular expense reports.
• Monitor inventory usage and perform periodic stock checks for office and warehouse supplies.
• Process warehouse-related payments and ensure effective utilization of resources.
• Prepare office expense reports.
2. Documentation and record management:
• Organize, classify, and archive documents according to regulatory standards.
• Maintain proper records of administrative transactions and updates.
3. Employee Benefits and Event Coordination:
• Implement employee benefit programs, including holiday gifts and office supplies for new hires.
• Support expatriates with work permits and residence cards (if any).
• Assist in planning and executing internal company events.
• Supervise office cleaning staff to ensure a clean and organized workplace.
4. Performs other duties as assigned.

Background / Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
• Proficient in administrative processes, documentation, office management systems.
• Expertise in creating standard templates and formats.
• Strong knowledge of office software tools.
• Experience in event management is a plus.
• Fluent in English
